Half-Day Activate Your Life Workshop

The overall focus of this half-day workshop is your Zone of Brilliance. In the first few hours you are taken through several exercises to teach you how to "inner resource" and amplify your Unique Strengths. Next, you are taken through an additional series of exercises to tap into your deeper talents and identify your areas of deep yearnings, flow, excellence and satisfaction. After which you go through an embodiment exercise using your Life Vision Statement. This exercise offers a deeper level of clarity, focus, and confidence in terms of how you want your life to look and feel, and empowers you to take charge and make the changes in your life that you desire. The final piece of the morning session is to wrap together all of the learnings from the previous few hours. This exercise integrates your newfound insights on strengths, talents, yearnings, and glimpses of excellence, and propels you to intentionally create actionable strategies to reach the goals from your Life Vision Statement and step into your full potential. This process helps you to begin to forge and create a powerful narrative of growth and possibility, so you see the path ahead more clearly, feel empowered to take the next steps toward your goals, dreams and passions, and live your most fulfilling and authentic life on your own terms.
